Nick and Jonnie are competing in a 3,000 mile rowing race across the Atlantic Ocean.  The Woodvale Atlantic Rowing Race starts on Sunday 6th December from the Spanish island of La Gomera and finishes in Antigua in the Caribbean.

Recognised as one of the world's toughest races, the Cardiff-based team will row unassisted and experience extreme heat, severe weather, 30ft waves and the possibility of shark attacks.

We have also set ourselves the challenge of raising a combined total of £30,000 for Cancer Research Wales, The Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Appeal and the Royal Marines Benevolent Fund.
